Is this the same as your email deliverability service?
No. It keeps your list clean and protected, and gives you better data, because your open and click rates reflect real people instead of bots and dead addresses. That makes it much easier to see what is working and what is not. Our full deliverability service goes deeper, into how your email is set up, sent, and received. If your emails are already landing in spam, book a call and we will talk through it.
Will this get my emails into the inbox?
No one can honestly promise that. What this does is stop you from sending to dead addresses, fake sign-ups, and the kinds of addresses email providers use to catch careless senders. Those are the things providers penalize you for. Removing them protects your sender reputation and gives your emails a better chance of reaching real people.
The plan you choose matters here. With Do It Yourself, ListDefender tags addresses in your CRM by risk level — but acting on those tags is on you. With List Protection or List Health, we handle that for you. And with List Health, there is also an automated system that identifies disengaged subscribers, runs a win-back sequence, and removes them from your marketing emails if they do not respond. It all runs in the background. You do not have to touch it.
What happens if my list grows?
Your price moves to the next tier when your subscriber count crosses into it. We will always let you know before it changes.
Will you delete people from my list?
No. With List Health, subscribers who stay quiet stop receiving marketing emails, but they stay on your list. If they come back, they are automatically welcomed back.
What if something needs fixing?
We will let you know what we found and what it means. If it needs work beyond your plan, we will quote it before doing anything.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime online. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments are non-refundable, since the service starts running as soon as you sign up. If your first scan moves you into a higher tier and you would rather not continue, you can cancel before the new price applies, even within the List Health minimum term. To manage your subscription, log in to the portal.
